We combined a wash closet and an existing bathroom into one, with this creating the space to add a much needed bathtub. What was great about the process was how closely engaged we were throughout. Harry invited me to a WhatsApp group and included Rocky (carpenter/the lead), Will (the plumber) and Jin (the tiler). This meant that I was always in the loop in terms of progress, timings and what they needed from me. Harry himself was always available on the phone, with solid advice, which definitely helped as we were first time renovators. This approach ensured that the different trades were well coordinated, enabling the project to be completed at pace. One thing I will call out though is that attention to detail could have been better when it came to some of the final touches (e.g. painting / caulking near door frames etc.). However, when these issues were called out, they were rectified as best as possible pretty rapidly. As such, I would definitely suggest inspecting along the way and calling out any issues you might spot early, rather than assuming the guys will pick it up themselves. Harry is highly professional, Honest and Sensible person. He gave us great guidance in terms of planning and got the entire bathroom done in approx. 2 weeks. He is very good at taking feedback and cleared all our doubts patiently . Jin (tiling) and rest of the team is very efficient as well. But, I just want to add that working team could have been more communicative with us ; for instance the vanity mirror was glued without asking for the preferred height, we had an issue with the shower which could have been easily avoided if there was a communication between the team prior installation.
